Father’s Day concert. This Sunday in the NIROX Sculpture Park amphitheatre:

Steve Newman’s Tananas with the additional vocal prowess of Lu Dlamini.
Greg Georgiades features on guitars, oud and bazouki; joined by tabla ace Ashish Joshi.
Sibusile Xaba’s trio fresh from their tour of Europe and the United Kingdom.
Lerato Lichaba returns to our stage with flautist extraordinaire Tubatsi Moloi.
Dave Baudains of New Academics fame also returns with his diverse range of sonic tapestries.
Matthew Dickinson – guitarist and poet – makes his debut on the NIROX stage.

Delicious festival cuisine courtesy of Che Argentine Grill, Li Kitchen, Leafy Greens Café, Dig Inn, The Wing Republic, The Chef’s Table and cheese & charcuterie boards.

Additional enticements include JHB Culinary & Pastry School, Yswara Tea, Knickerbocker Ice-Cream, Happy Coconuts, Treat Coffee and Bernie’s Bar: champagne, craft beer, cocktails, whiskey, Holden Manz Wines and Bombay Sapphire’s botanical Gin & Tonic.

Gates open at 10am with music from 11am. There is ample secure parking inside the venue and concert goers are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the full day of music and to tour the Sculpture Park.
